After booking your intake with Erin, you will receive instructions to submit clear photos of your skin and Erin will help to complete an in-depth intake form for Jordan.
Jordan will review your skin concerns, lifestyle, current routine, and goals to create a customized plan.

You'll receive a fully customized skincare plan tailored to your skin, plus ongoing support. You can reach out with questions anytime, and I'll check in periodically to see how your skin is progressing and make adjustments as needed.
