10 Minute a Day Neck Exercises
okay more like 11 minutes—BUT if you are busy and do not have time for 11 minutes pick one or two exercises and do them consistently! You will still see results. These are advanced techniques and following the 11 minutes will give you the best results but you don’t have to do all of them. Doing them daily is what I recommend but even 5 times a week, you’ll be seeing results! Enjoy!!!
