All virtual clients begin with a 30-minute Zoom call with Erin. She’ll complete your Client Intake Form, a detailed medical questionnaire, and ask about your routine, lifestyle, and skin history. We take the full time to understand your skin — because every detail matters.

YOUR CUSTOM ROUTINE
Within 48–72 hours after your call, Jordan will reach out with your customized skincare regimen. This plan is tailored specifically to your skin and goals.

HAND-PACKAGED PRODUCTS, SHIPPED TO YOU
Once you agree with the proposal, you’ll purchase the recommended products directly through us. We personally package and ship them out, so you can expect them within 2 to 4 business days. We use USPS to ship.

STEP-BY-STEP SKIN GUIDE
When your products are on the way, we’ll send you a full document that breaks everything down. How to use each product, what order to apply them in; lifestyle advice and resources tailored just for you.

BIWEEKLY MEETINGS + LIFETIME SUPPORT
Even after your initial plan, we’ll meet every other week to review progress, adjust your routine, and celebrate your skin wins. You’ll also have lifetime access to us as your go-to guide for ongoing skincare questions and support.
